I know many take their pets on the road and they love it.
We still have to take a long trip with our "Brookie" but she has adapted to our Nissan reasonably well. Loves to look out but likes a break quite often which is good as it makes us stop and have break as well.
Looking into back of Nissan-not long after trim
In her favourite camper- VW poptop

She is looking pretty cute Westair....
Unfortunately I lost my beautiful Minky last year, 5 days just short of her 18th birthday. She had travelled and camped with us always.
I still have Bella and she has certainly taken after her sister and really looks forward to camping. She was just 5 months old when she did her first 'outback' trip.

Be nice to seem some posts on peoples experience with pets.
From weekenders to around Australia would be helpful to pet owners.
I know Leone & John took Pokey & Oscar all the way around successfully as well as weekenders etc.

I agree and some pics too.
We now have Ella's (Paul's mum) little one Chloe come with us occasionally. I remember her first trip with me (Ella was unwell and I was looking after Chloe).
Chloe barked at every leaf that fell and every wind that whistled by and my o my she has come a long way since then.
She still has lessons to learn and it is wonderful to have her along with us. _________________ Blessed are the cracked, for we let in the light |
